Conditions
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS
of service is made between eWebNet Marketing, hereinafter
called Company, and the person/company ordering the Website
Copywriting Service, hereinafter called Client. By the Client
completing and submitting the order form, the Client agrees to
these terms and conditions.
The Company may update or
amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Company will
communicate any such updates to Client via email and these
changes will be displayed on this page.
The Company reserve the
right to decline to write material that the Company consider
to be unsuitable and to make alterations that Company consider
necessary to maintain the Company high standards. The Company
do not accept material of dubious legality.
The Company are not liable
for any losses or problems caused by errors or omissions, or
failure of material to appear on any specified date, at any
time, or in any specified location.
Before the Company starts
work on the website copywriting the Client must prepay by UK
Cheque, Credit Card or PayPal.
The Client unconditionally
guarantees that the elements of any text, names or trademarks
furnished to Company for inclusion in website copy text are
owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from
the rightful owner to use each of these elements. Client
agrees they are responsible for insuring that the appropriate
rights to use is obtained whoever they are supplied by Client,
Company or Third Party. The Client agrees they will hold
harmless, protect, and defend the Company from any claim or
suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by
Company, Third Party or Client.
The Client receive a free 7
day amendment period to request any changes to Website Copy
before the final version of website copy is completed.
Amendment requests made after the 7 day period will be charged
at £25.00 per hour
with a minimum charge of one hour.
The Company reserve the
right to use examples of Clients pages for the Company own
promotional purposes. The Company also reserve the right to
use elements of any text in other web sites.
If any provision of these
terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any
reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect
the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
