Conditions
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS of service
is made between eWebNet Marketing, hereinafter called Company, and the
person/company ordering a Website Add-On Script Service, hereinafter
called Client. By the Client completing and submitting the order
form, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
The Company may update or amend these
terms and conditions at any time. The Company will communicate any such
updates to Client via email and these changes will be displayed on this
page.
The Company reserve the right to
decline to install any material that the Company consider to be
unsuitable and to make alterations that Company consider necessary to
maintain the Company high standards. The Company do not accept or host
material of dubious legality.
The Company are not liable for any
losses or problems caused by site errors or omissions, or failure of
material to appear on any specified date, at any time, or in any specified
location.
Payment must be prepaid by Client by UK
Cheque, Credit Card or PayPal.
Payment is for a one time installation
of script provided by Client.
The Client unconditionally guarantees
that the script furnished to Company for installation is owned by the
Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use
script. The Client agrees they will hold harmless, protect, and defend the
Company from any claim or suit arising from the use of such script furnished by Company,
Third Party or Client.
The Company does not provide any
guarantee that any such script installed will work. If the Company finds
the Client website host does not have the correct features to make the
script work or if the script has errors or a bug, the Company will
highlight the issues to Client and advise the install was unsuccessful.
Unsuccessful installs due script errors / bug or lack of hosting features
will not receive refund.
If any provision of these terms and
conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then
that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions.
