Terms and ConditionsThese TERMS AND CONDITIONS of service is made between eWebNet Marketing, hereinafter called Company, and the person/company ordering a Website Logo Design, hereinafter called Client. By the Client completing and submitting the order form, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. The Company may update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Company will communicate any such updates to Client via email and these changes will be displayed on this page. The Company reserve the right to decline to design any material that the Company consider to be unsuitable and to make alterations that Company consider necessary to maintain the Company high standards. The Company do not accept or design material of dubious legality. The Company are not liable for any losses or problems caused by site errors or omissions, or failure of material to appear on any specified date, at any time, or in any specified location. Payment must be prepaid by Client by UK Cheque, Credit Card or PayPal. Design of a logo can be very subjective, any revision request from the Client that is not the result of a spelling error made by Company will be subject to a charge of £15.00 If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
